Canceling policy

I want to cancel my order



Please note that Mallnoo may offer corresponding policy or solution to customer’s inquiries based on different item processing mode (None-Tailor-Made①and Tailor-Made②).


All of our products can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order is unpaid, you can easily cancel your order by yourself. If your order has been paid, you can contact us to cancel your order. Once your order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.

Please note that the deductions are for restocking/processing fees.

①. None-Tailor-Made: The size selecting from the existing size range or options displaying in corresponding item page is referred to Items in "None-Tailor-Made” mode.

②.Tailor-Made: The selecting of corresponding option named “Tailor-Made” which is displayed under the size column. Tailor made is available for your fill in different measurements to the corresponding size columns after selecting the related option.

3. Click on “Cancel” and confirm that you want to cancel it.
